KAYLA COOK, O.D.

Dr. Kayla Cook joined Clay-Rhynes Eye Clinic and RGB Eye Associates in June, 2021 as our Resident
Optometric Physician in Ocular Disease and Refractive Surgery. A native of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Dr.
Cook received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Oklahoma State University in
Stillwater, Oklahoma. She was awarded her doctorate at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry where she received the NSU Graduate Academic Achievement Award and NSU Clinical Excellence Award. She also served as president of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society at NSU.
Dr. Cook is a member of the American Optometric Association and Oklahoma Association of Optometric
Physicians. She has a passion for serving others – during her time at NSU, Dr. Cook served as clinic
coordinator for a volunteer program that provided comprehensive eyecare to individuals in need and
participated in a mission trip to Honduras. In her spare time. Dr. Cook enjoys reading and spending time with family.
